Venue Settings

Configure your business identity, operating hours, and general preferences.

Overview

Settings let you manage:

  • Business information
  • Operating hours
  • Logo and branding
  • Booking URL (slug)

Accessing Settings

Go to Settings in the sidebar.

Business Identity

Business Name

Your venue name shown everywhere—storefront, emails, receipts.

Booking URL (Slug)

Your unique URL: openchairpro.com/[your-slug]

To change it:

  1. Enter a new slug
  2. Check availability (green = available)
  3. Click Save

Warning

Changing your URL breaks existing links. Update all shared links afterward.

Logo

Upload your business logo:

  1. Click Upload Logo
  2. Select an image (PNG, JPG, or SVG)
  3. Choose shape: Circle, Square, or Wide
  4. Save

Logo appears on:

  • Your storefront
  • Confirmation emails
  • Receipts

Operating Hours

Set when your business is open:

  1. For each day, toggle Open or Closed
  2. Set opening and closing times
  3. Add breaks if needed (e.g., lunch hour)
  4. Click Save

Multiple Time Blocks

For split schedules (morning and evening):

  1. Add first block (e.g., 9am-12pm)
  2. Click Add Block
  3. Add second block (e.g., 2pm-8pm)

Timezone

Your timezone is automatically detected based on your venue's address. It affects:

  • Calendar display
  • Customer booking times
  • Notification scheduling

If the detected timezone is incorrect, you can manually override it in Settings.

Change in Settings if needed (set during onboarding).

Address & Contact

Update your business address and phone number. These appear on:

  • Your storefront
  • Confirmation emails
  • Map integrations

Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
Slug already taken Try adding your city or number
Logo looks wrong Try a different shape setting
Hours not saving Check all fields are filled correctly
Wrong timezone Update in general settings
